 Returns and refunds

Iron Creed T-shirts are made to order. Review the design, color and size chart before completing your purchase. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or for a size or color incorrectly selected by the customer once production has begun. If you need to correct or cancel an order, email support@ironcreed.online immediately; we will try to help you before production begins.

If you receive an item with a problem

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect or has a print that does not match the advertised design, email us at support@ironcreed.online. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the item and packaging. We recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it more quickly; this recommendation does not limit any rights you may have under the law.

When we confirm an error, defect or substantial difference from what was advertised, we will arrange the appropriate remedy at no cost to you, including a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. If the item needs to be returned for a covered problem, we will give you instructions and cover the return shipping cost. Do not send items to an address without receiving instructions from us.

Orders not received

If tracking indicates a problem or your order does not arrive, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the loss is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.
